From today, the virtual assistant of the Vanvitelli University is online, available for the entire student community.
The Chatbot service is active for students 24/7 providing "immediate answers" in Italian and English regarding any technical problem relating to the online services.
The chat is available on the Student Services page and aims to enhance interaction between students and the University.
The virtual assistant "learns" from its interactions, through previous questions and conversations. Operation is based on an interactive chat. The user writes a question and the assistant answers within the chat.
The virtual assistance project is part of the University's interventions aimed at the digital transition, the simplification of processes, the speed of access to information, also through the implementation of new platforms and computerized services available to the entire Vanvitelli academic community.
